Business FAQ
Is there a minimum number of bikes?
We do not publish a fixed minimum. Tell us what your team needs and we’ll confirm the suitable setup in your proposal.
What subscription durations are available?
Business subscription terms are agreed in the company proposal; consumer plan terms are not applied automatically.
How are delivery and onboarding arranged?
We’ll agree the delivery location, timing and employee handover with you as part of the setup.
How do employees request repairs?
Employees contact SwitchBike directly. We arrange maintenance and repairs for normal use in Zürich.
What happens if a bike is stolen?
Theft coverage is subject to the subscription conditions and deductible. The bike must be properly locked, and the incident reported to SwitchBike and the police.
What happens when an employee leaves?
Tell us and we’ll agree the appropriate next step for that bike under your company setup.
Can we add bikes later?
Yes, additional bikes can be discussed as your team’s needs change, subject to availability and the agreed terms.
How does company billing work?
Pricing and billing arrangements are confirmed in your proposal, based on the setup your company needs.
