Switchbike is a bike subscription service that gives you access to a high-quality bike for a simple monthly fee.
It includes maintenance, repairs, and support — without the hassle of ownership.
How does the SwitchBike subscription work?
You choose a bike, subscribe online, and we deliver it ready to ride. You pay a fixed monthly price that covers everything you need to stay mobile. Repairs & maintenance included.
Your subscription includes the bike, regular maintenance, repairs, servicing, and support. No hidden fees, no surprise costs.
Switchbike is flexible — you can cancel your subscription anytime.
However, we do have 6 or 12 month subscriptions that give a discount!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required. We believe mobility should be simple and accessible.If you lose your bike or if it gets stolen, you do pay a small loss fee. Please reach out to customer support if you have any issues here.
Intentional damage or misuse may result in additional charges.

What happens if my bike needs a repair?
We take care of it. We repair your bike on the spot or switch it with another one so you stay on the move. Please reach out to customer support if you have any questions.
you’re not required to do any maintenance at all. Just treat the bike like your own and make sure it’s properly locked. We’ll take care of everything else.
What happens if my bike get stolen?
We know having your bike stolen really sucks — so we do everything we can to make the situation as painless as possible & give you a new bike as fast as possible!
You’re covered with theft support. In case of theft, a small self-risk contribution applies, but you won’t have to replace the bike at full cost. The fee depends on the bike, but it’s never more than three months of your subscription.
