- Normal wear & tear included: Normal wear from everyday use (e.g. brakes, tires, chain) is covered by your subscription.
- Intentional damage & gross negligence: Damage caused deliberately or through gross negligence is not covered.
- Theft & loss: In case of theft or loss, a self-risk fee applies. The bike must always be properly locked with the provided lock. Improper locking may result in higher charges. The fee is equal to 3 months subscription fee.

1. What’s included in my subscription?
Your subscription includes the bike, regular maintenance, repairs, and service support — all for one predictable monthly price.
2. Is there a minimum subscription duration?
Yes. You can choose a minimum duration when subscribing. Longer commitments come with a lower monthly price.
3. What happens if my bike needs repair?
We take care of it. We’ll repair your bike or switch it if needed, so you’re back on the road as quickly as possible. Please reach out to our customer support for a switch.
4. What if my bike gets stolen?
You’re covered with theft support. In case of theft, a small self-risk contribution applies, but you won’t have to replace the bike at full cost. The fee depends on the bike, but it’s never more than three months of your subscription.
5. Is there a deposit or upfront cost?
No. There’s no deposit and no large upfront payment — just a simple monthly fee.
6. Can I change my bike during the subscription?
Yes, depending on availability. If your needs change, we’ll help you find a better fit.
7. Where do you deliver the bike?
We deliver your bike fully assembled to your home, office, or another agreed location.
8. What if I need help or something doesn’t feel right?
